What's Included With Your Listing

For $175, your listing will be published on the PolkCountyByOwner.com website. Your listing will be on the web site for 6 months until taken off, sold, or listed with a real estate agent or broker.  The renewal after that is $25 for 3 more months. 

You may use as much space as needed on your web page to describe your property, and you may include up to seven pictures.

Use of PolkCountyByOwner.com sign. The sign will remain property of PolkCountyByOwner.com and any sign damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear will be charged to you for $100.

Unlimited changes to your web page listing, which you can access 24 hours a day via forms or we can change for you.

Unlimited Open House listings that you may set up through user forms.

Unlimited internet exposure for your property.
