PolkCountyByOwner.com is not a real estate company.  We do not act as real estate agents or brokers.  Our service is strictly to provide an internet site for you to advertise your property for sale, and a place for buyers to view your property. 

PolkCountyByOwner.com is not responsible for inaccuracies in the description of the properties advertised.  The description is provided by the seller.  If we have made an error in entering information, we will correct it as soon as we are notified. 

PolkCountyByOwner.com will issue no refunds for any unused portion of time, since we incur most of the expenses in the first few days of listing a new property.

PolkCountyByOwner.com will provide a yard sign for your use.  If the yard sign is not available to be picked up at the end of the term of advertising, or damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, you agree to pay $100.  We will not be responsible for any damage caused to your property or person by the sign. 

The term of the contract is 6 months or until the property is sold, or the property is listed with another agency, or the seller chooses to terminate the service.
